The models are built from Construction Maestro's^® plans scaled down (1 inch = 1 foot). The model simulates a 20 ft. x wide 24 ft. long x 10 ft. high post frame building with the actual model size being 22 inches wide x 26 inches long x 20 inches high.

These models require 40+ man hours to construct and the cost of each model is $350.00 + shipping. The model is shipped in a cardboard case.
